GENERAL CONDITIONS B TAXI

I. GENERAL

SRL FYLRA, whose registered office is at place des Maïeurs 4 bte 20, 1150 Brussels, registered with the Banque Carrefour des Entreprises under number BE0452.731.068, hereinafter referred to in these general terms and conditions as B TAXI, is the owner of the B TAXI mobile Application. The purpose of these general terms and conditions is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Application for B TAXI mobile terminals and on the btaxi.eu website made available by B TAXI. Any subscription to the B TAXI Application both on mobile terminals and on the btaxi.eu website by the Customer and/or the Driver implies their full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of use.

 

These general terms and conditions of use apply to any service offered by B TAXI. If the Customer and/or the Driver do not accept all or part of these conditions, they must give up using the B TAXI Application and more generally any service offered by B TAXI.

 

II. DEFINITIONS

The ‘Website’ refers to the btaxi.eu site from which the services available on the B TAXI Application are accessible.

 

The ‘Application’ means the B TAXI mobile application belonging to B TAXI. The application runs on iOS and Android operating systems and can be downloaded free of charge by the Customer on Smartphones and tablets. It enables the Customer to contact Drivers for the purpose of booking a private passenger transport service using various types of Taxi services, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Journey’.

The ‘Customer’ means any natural person aged over eighteen (18) or legal entity who has subscribed to the B TAXI Application for mobile terminals and via the btaxi.eu website.

 

The ‘Driver’ refers to the service providers with whom B TAXI has concluded - directly or indirectly or through its subsidiaries - member partnership contracts with Taxi groups, designated so as to constitute a national and international Taxi transport network. The Drivers hold a driving licence, a Taxi driver's certificate of professional competence, a valid professional card and drive a vehicle that complies with the regulations in force, carrying out passenger transport services, on their own account and under their own responsibility, during their hours of service.

 

The ‘Order’ means the purchase and reservation of the Fare made by the User via the Application carried out by the Customer on the btaxi.eu Website or via the B TAXI mobile Application.

 

The ‘Trip’ refers to the transport service requested by the Customer and provided by the Driver using the B TAXI Application or the btaxi.eu website. The Trip is always
